Overview
An integrated communications system for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), the Alcatel OmniPCX Office* provides a personal communications manager (PIMphony), an advanced call center solution (OmniTouch Call Center Office) secure high-speed Internet access, advanced TDM and IP telephony and LAN switching. There’s a special version for small enterprises (Compact Edition). This e-communication appliance enables SMBs to benefit from voice and data convergence and to avoid the complex, costly deployment of disparate voice and data products. Alcatel’s solution consists of a pre-configured server that provides every employee with voice, Internet, email and data capabilities.

Compact Edition
Designed for very small enterprises, the Compact Edition delivers all the power of the Alcatel OmniPCX family, while offering high reliability, excellent voice quality and access to a broad range of telephony features.

The wall-mountable Compact Edition takes a minimum of office space and has no noisy fan or visible cabling. A flexible solution, you only pay for the functions you need, while retaining the ability to upgrade the system at the turn of a software key.

    PIMphony is a personal communications manager that links desktop computers and telephones to provide a powerful, user-friendly phone assistant that manages everyday phone tasks. It offers a complete set of phone services, including call logging, voice mail and set monitoring. Services are continuously available on the PC, regardless of any other applications running.

    Company contact databases are fully integrated with PIMphony to provide optimal service. PIMphony improves customer interaction and services, increases personal and team productivity and optimizes your Alcatel OmniPCX Office investment by adding a new dimension to phone services.
